Want to run for 30 mins non stop in just 8 weeks ? People run for all kinds of different reasons - Whether you are looking to run for general fitness, lose weight, beat stress, we can help. Our 8 week course caters for all different ages, male or female, levels of fitness. Our walk to run course is designed for non runners for beginners who are looking to start running for fitness or are wanting to complete their first 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon milestones.
